Introduction to establish virtual office service

We provide virtual office service in China, with personal English supporting service. Our office locate at famous cities in China, they are Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Chongqing, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Hong Kong.  Our service include: mail receive, store, notice and forward. The business address showing on name card, nominally business operation address, China company registered address. China Telephone and Fax supporting service, Chinese and English language translation service.

*RECEIVING

5.1 On mail handling, customers have a responsibility to the service provider to register the company and contact person of the appropriate name.

5.2 The customer agree and confirm that the maximum allowable 2 designated subscriber names, exceeding the limit customers pay extra up 4 designated subscriber.

5.3 Service Office open time: Monday to Friday: 09:00a.m.- 12:15p.m. / 13:45p.m. - 16:45p.m.. Sat, Sun & Chinese Public Holiday closed.

5.4 The service only allow receive Mail / Parcels under the designated subscriber names.

*NOTIFICATION

5.5 All notification will send by through email (In English or Chinese).

5.6 Customers have a responsibility to use available email address and reply email for confirm.

5.7 Notification frequency. There are per weekly, per monthly, per quarterly for customer choice.

*STORE

5.8 Service provides the message of all mail /Package total volume is not more than 15 Cubic feet, Beyond this limit of Mail will not be the service provider receives. Service provider nor will such messages provide e-mail notification and transmitting service.

5.9 All service provider mail storage Mail / Parcels of the period for notice receiving mail date of 60 days Beyond period without being given mail / package, Service provider Reservations processed Mail / Parcel right without prior notice.

*FORWARDING

 5.10 Forwarding frequency. There are per weekly, two weekly, monthly, quarterly for customers choice.

5.11 Customer has a responsibility to appoint express/logistics company names, forwarding address, receiver name and telephone number.

5.12 Forwarding cost. Customers should agree express/logistics company fee rate and responsible/pay for all transportation fee.

5.13 Customers could deposit small amount money into a special account, that reserve/admin by Service provider. This account uses for pay express/logistics company fee.

5.14 Service provider has a responsibility to inform customer the shipment information after forwarding.

5.15 Allowable 2 time per month free service of forward handle, exceeding the limit customer should pay extra handle fee.
